Welcome to my corner of the web! My name is Portia.

I serve my community (in person locally in Minneapolis, MN and virtually around the global) as a holistic, integrative, and interdisciplinary healing practitioner working therapeutically with folks 1:1 and in groups - as well as a teacher of mystic arts, a consultant to individuals and organizations, a mentor to healers and spiritual practitioners, and a ritual facilitator of animist ceremonies and magical gatherings.

I AM . . .

A weaver of relational connections and a steward of regenerative ecologies, devoted to fostering the flow of vital life energy throughout internal and external landscapes.

A cultural careworker, a shamanic practitioner, a trance medium, a mystic, a seer, a dreamer, a musician, an artist, a devotee to the Divine, a lover to spirits, a biophiliac and tender of earth.

A mother to a human cub and caretaker of many animal and plant kin, a gatherer of old stories, a forever student of the mysteries, and an elder in training.

Ancestrally I’d be described as a Bean Feasa, a Banflaith, a Bean Chaointe, and a Völva - to offer a few traditional names for a medicine woman that resonate in my bones.

Beyond supporting folks through my offerings described on my website, I am also involved in the Protect the Porkies grassroots campaign in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where I steward a wilderness refuge and off-grid cabin + artist retreat with my family called Dreamwood.

I am also currently journeying in The Mythic Body as a co-facilitator.
